Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Vaultix.

Vaultix is provided for use within Discord and is subject to Discord's rules and requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vaultix complies with any rules that apply to you.

2. Using Vaultix

Vaultix provides virtual features that may include, but are not limited to:

• Virtual currency and balances
• Banking and economy features
• Casino-style games and other games
• Rewards and bonuses
• Exploration features
• Wheels and spins
• Quests and statistics
• Cosmetics and customization
• Leaderboards
• Other interactive features added or changed over time

Vaultix features may be added, removed, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Virtual Currency

Vaultix may provide virtual currencies, including balances displayed within the bot.

All virtual currency and virtual items within Vaultix are fictional and have no monetary value outside of Vaultix.

Virtual currency:

• Cannot be exchanged for real money through Vaultix.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Does not represent real currency or a financial asset.
• Has no guaranteed value.
• May be adjusted, removed, reset, or otherwise modified when necessary.

You do not own a real-world property interest in any virtual currency or virtual item provided by Vaultix.

4. Games and Random Features

Vaultix may include games or features that use random outcomes.

These features are intended solely for entertainment using virtual currency.

Any virtual winnings or losses within Vaultix have no real-world monetary value and cannot be converted into real money through Vaultix.

We may modify game mechanics, probabilities, rewards, cooldowns, limits, or other gameplay systems at any time.

5. User Accounts and Data

Vaultix may associate information with your Discord account in order to provide its features.

Depending on the features you use, this may include your Discord user ID and gameplay-related information such as virtual balances, statistics, cooldowns, settings, achievements, cosmetics, or other Vaultix-related data.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Server Administrators

Server administrators and moderators may control how Vaultix is used within their Discord server, subject to the features and permissions provided by Vaultix.

Server administrators are responsible for configuring their server appropriately and complying with Discord's rules.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Vaultix to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Abuse, exploit, or intentionally interfere with Vaultix.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Vaultix or its systems.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage.
• Use automated systems to abuse Vaultix features unless expressly permitted.
• Attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or fraudulently obtain virtual currency or items.
• Interfere with other users' legitimate use of Vaultix.
• Use Vaultix in connection with unlawful activity.

If an exploit or serious bug is discovered, please report it rather than intentionally abusing it.

8. Exploits and Bugs

Vaultix may contain bugs, errors, or unintended behavior.

We reserve the right to correct errors and reverse or adjust virtual currency, items, statistics, or other gameplay data affected by exploits or technical problems.

Abusing an exploit may result in restrictions on your access to Vaultix.

9. Moderation and Restrictions

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Vaultix if we determine that a user has violated these Terms, abused the service, exploited a bug, or otherwise interfered with the service.

Server-specific moderation actions may also prevent you from using Vaultix in a particular Discord server.

10. Availability

Vaultix is provided on an ongoing basis but is not guaranteed to be available at all times.

Vaultix may experience:

• Maintenance
• Downtime
• Technical problems
• Database errors
• Discord-related outages
• Feature changes
• Temporary interruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Changes to Vaultix

We may change, update, add, or remove features at any time.

This may include changes to:

• Economy systems
• Game mechanics
• Rewards
• Cooldowns
• Virtual currency
• Items
• Cosmetics
• Commands
• Statistics
• User limits
• Other gameplay systems

Changes may be necessary for balancing, maintenance, security, or development.

12. Virtual Data Resets

In certain circumstances, virtual balances, statistics, items, or other gameplay data may be reset or modified.

This may occur because of:

• Major system changes
• Database migrations
• Exploits
• Bugs
• Data corruption
• Abuse
• Security issues
• Development or balancing decisions

Because Vaultix virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value, we cannot guarantee permanent preservation of virtual progress.

13. Third-Party Services

Vaultix operates through Discord and may depend on Discord's services and infrastructure.

Your use of Discord is separately governed by Discord's own terms and policies.

Vaultix is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or problems caused by Discord or other third-party services.

14. Intellectual Property

Vaultix, including its name, branding, original artwork, code, designs, and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or represent Vaultix's original materials as your own without permission.

15. Disclaimer

Vaultix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that Vaultix will always be available, accurate, secure, or free of errors.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaultix and its operators will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Vaultix, including loss of virtual progress, virtual currency, statistics, items, or other digital data.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document may be updated. Continued use of Vaultix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
